Refund Policy

1. Nothing is sold

Kaling has no purchases, subscriptions, paid downloads or paid digital items. Every song, gameplay chart, published score PDF, note skin and feature is available free of charge. Kaling therefore does not collect payment information or charge players, and there is normally no payment to refund.

2. Unexpected charge or question

Kaling does not operate a checkout. If you believe a charge is connected to Kaling, contact dev.arsonist@gmail.com with the date, amount and the name shown on the statement so it can be investigated. Do not send a full card number, password or other sensitive payment credential.
